I like Anima a lot, and Yojimbo is rather cool, and 10's Ifrit is probably the best.
9's Alexander and Ark both rool, as does its Bahamut.
8's Eden is quite magnificent.
KOTR is the ultimate summon, but not my favourite.
I'll probably go with Odin on this one.

KOTR was most devastating, true.
But seeing as FF7 is untouchable, all the other games don't count (and I ain't played them as much).
KOTR is good, but the bestest is maxed out Phoenix.

Ifrit is a favourite. I like Bahamut, Valefor, and Shiva.
