Just wondering what people thought of these? Pro's and Cons? Also I hear that you can get a student discount on them if you order it from within the Uni network, any idea how much I would save as they go for £179 currently. Also are the albums much cheaper off i-tunes or whatever, I'm new to this but I'll be using the bus a lot more now so I need some music to listen to!

Cheers.

Well, I had the latest one and it crashed on me.

Plus, because it's made from the MAC people they've made it really slow on the PC.

I double click on the Itunes icon and I have to wait 5 minutes for it to load up.

Or perhaps your collection isn't that big and would fit nicely onto 4GB?

God you're a moron.

It has ... sort of. An iPod Mini will do 8 hours, an iPod 12 hours and an iPod Photo 15 hours.

The problem is that the battery will die eventually (as all batteries do) but it's nigh on impossible to replace them yourself.

Yeah. Right. Because they really want to alienate 90% of the computer owning people on the planet.

The problem's obvious: you're an idiot.

That's what I was gonna say.

As it happens, my "4 stars and above" playlist is 3.7Gb.
