Okay, situation:

I have two tickets to go and watch The Darkness play live in concert at the Manchester M.E.N arena.

I want the girl I REALLY like to go with me.

Come tomorrah, I've got nine days 'til the event.

I think I'm asking her...

How the conversation should have gone...

"I like the Darkness, but I'm working."
"That's no problem love, I can come around your house in my spandex trousers and re-inact the concert. Then you can be my groupie and come backstage for a good session."
"Ok."

She likes the Darkness, therefore she isn't worth knowing.

UPDATE:

Left it until yesterday to ask her 'cos I'm a coward - despite the concert being tomorrow.

She likes The darkness apparently and in her own words "would love to have come"... but she's working.

A word to all infatuated SR members out there, strike soon before it's too late. Had it been a week ago, I could be boasting right now.

well at least you get to spend time with her. you should look into signals that much cos you cant really tell. just enjoy spending time with her.
