How much does it cost?
Why isn't there a UK apple support number?

Would it be cheaper to get an iPod Mini or iPod 20GB?

I've spent 10 hours trying to fix my iPod and I think i've broken it, i'm selling my Xbox so i'll have about £100 to either get a brand new iPod Mini or 20GB or get my current one repaired.

Help?

Actually there have been numerous useful posts in this last page. Not from me of course, but they do exist.

The last page of this thread hasn't helped at all. You're all insulting me but you dont know what the problem is so just shut up.

The is a problem with my iPod and it isn't just me being stupid, I phoned them up and they've asked for me to send it to them but it'll cost £60 to look at it and then another £60(ish) to fix it.

Apparently theres a problem with the hardrive and they might have to replace it.

I'm not sending it to them because theres no way i'm paying £120 to fix my iPod.

I might sell the iPod now, depends how much HHAT wants to buy it for (if he still wants to buy it).

Timmaragh, I have been on the discussions since Friday and they cant seem to help me either.

And get a life to all of you who cant be bothered to post something decent in this thread.

How long have you had this iPod? Surely any repairs should be covered by the warranty?

I thought that you just hadn't reformatted your iPod?
That was the impression I was getting when I refused to help.

They really shouldn't let idiots near technology.

Christ almighty. Having read all your posts iPod related, you must be the only person in the country too stupid enough not to know how to use an iPod.
