So, Father Christmas gave me a copy of Metroid Prime 2:Echoes this morning.

Well.

As you may have heard me mention once or twice, my Gamecube doesn't work properly, but usually is fine.

Well.
I start up MP2, watch the opening sequence as Samus lands her ship on Aether.
Before I start playing "Fizzz crash buirn. AutoReseted"

I Hate The GC.

Yeah just get a 2nd hand one. You can't really sell yours on as it's broken, though.
At least you have the games - Metroid Prime 2 is worth the wait

If you buy a second hand one you could take the old one apart, and fiddle with it. Then you can claim to be a GC expert and charge people to fix their broken Cubes.

Then when they find out you're a fraud, you move to Mexico.

Fool proof.

Yeah, bnut I could probably sell it on to someone really really cheap, as it still plays the majority of games.

Mario Sunshine, SSBM, 1080 and Wave Race have never crashed on me, and Metroid Prime and Zelda have only ever crashed once.

Maybe I could get a fiver.
If I sold it to a mate.
With a game.

Try trading it in at some games shop.
They'll never know it's broken until some unfortunate soul comes in, buys it, and comes back complaining the next day.

I was thinking of that.
However, what do you do, trade in a Gamecube, buying a new one, and say "Err, yes, I don't like this one any more, I want a new Gamecube"
