So I have grown to love this film and eventually got myself a pretty solid theory on it but what do you people think of it? A little to confusing for you chavy scum? This vile chav wretch has got himself a theory, have you?

Sounds like a film I really need to watch.

Just disliking it to look cool? How on earth would disliking it make me look cool? I personally couldn't give a monkey's whether or not I fall into what this fickle society defines as "cool".

And besides, I do like it. At no point did I say I did not like it, or that my opinion changed because it is now more mainstream. Discussion, however, will always shape your opinion of a film. And this is a good thing. First impressions can be deceptive.

It is a film with faults, and when people are in your face about how "amazingly superb" it is, every waking minute, the faults are more noticeable; the film appears more pretentious, for example. But it has its good points, which is why it's in my DVD collection.

I don't get this. I don't get how you can dislike a film because other people like it. You say people only like it to look cool, but you're just doing exactly the same by saying you dislike it.

And by the way, I think it's a bloody brilliant film.

It's a bit stupid that to understand the time travelling / tangent Universe thing, you had to read the Philosophy of Time Travel. This should have been explained in the film but I spose that would've ruined its popularity because people wouldn't make their own theories about the film.

And, really the whole point was that he reset the universe by dying so his girlfriend / mum / sister / Frank would be alive
