Apart from they didn't. I reckon its just t-mobile having a bad day, as their network is sometimes pretty shabby. I don't think it helps that virgin piggy back of them, but if you are gonna get a new Sim, I would avoid vodafone and go for orange or O2.

I just went to The Carphone Warehouse, and they sorted it out for me. I had the original Virgin Mobile service back and it started working again. But then it mucked up AGAIN and I did the select network thingy and I found T-Mobile network. Then it started working again. But then it mucked up again, and now I'm gonna ring up Virgin Mobile. If this continues, I'm just gonna have to get another SIM card.

The problem, I think, is in the statement. My network is Virgin Mobile . Says it all. Get your self a decent phone & network. That should work.

First of all I need some information.
Try and write VERY simply:
1. What the problem is.
2. What solution you would like.
Then I will help you.
The original post is a brainfart you see.

Have you, did you enter the incorrect pin more than 3 times (I think thats the amount). I doubt the phone would have blocked on its own (cos you use it quite a bit) but if you have just blocked your sim youneed your PUK code to unlock it (I think so anyway)

So, with a virgin sim (check it hasn't been swiped), you can't get a t-mobile network, but it allows youto use O2 (tried it, does it work?).
One other thing: I asked earlier but have you recently placed another sim in the phone, have you blocked your phone by forgeting your pin etc or have you broken the terms of your contract (ie: Some pay as you go services disconnect you if you don't turn your phone on for six months or top-up within a certain time period).
