EVERY 3D platformer these days is a 3D adventure and I miss the old classic platforming action from the 16bit days.
As for the Grim Fish, you didn't like Donkey Kong Country on the Snes?
How come?
If you didn't like platformers back then I suppose you probably didn't but there's no other reason why you wouldn't like it.
Im not a great lover of them because i can't be bothered to put in all the time needed.
I think it would be great if, after you'd been wandering around doing not much for a bit, a hint came up with a suggestion of where to go/what to do etc.
The levels were huge, and there was so much to do. The bosses were great, well, most of them.
It took up just under 40 hours of my time to get all 201 bananas, and all blueprints, and I pretty much enjoyed getting every single one.
Except for Diddy Kong jet-pack bits. That was so ridiculously difficult to control that it was stupid! I must have tried to fly through that owls rings dozens of times before I actually earnt the banana from him!
There's no way this game should have been more linear!
Maybe there should be a 'hint' option in such games?
I think Shigsy is cute, for a games developer anyways...he might not have anything on Tom Cruise but hey....who has....Sheepy and Grix maybe....oh and Game and er-no, and Ant....hehehe, lol - Too Many....
Even I can't cope....:P

I trust you never had a SNES, Grim Fish? ;0)
Ah well. It's going to be a year before we know if you're right or not, but only six days to see if the graphics really are any good, at least. :0)
Roll on E3.
