I prefer Cornell to De La Rocha, but that is just personal preference. And yeah, RATM were good live, but not the best gig I've ever been too.
Got a tad too intense though, packed in and you were swept along (literally) with the crowd with no control over your movements.
1st album is excellent, 2nd is ok, 3rd is my favourite.
Personally I like Audioslave and don't care if anybody else does or not.
Especially people that use "amusing" internet spellings like "Pwned" and ">>", your opinion is void by the fact you're too geeky to like any music other than Warp label noise.
He has some insane techniques with the Whammy bar and pickup selector.

You'd think so wouldnt ya. But u know how many he really had? 6. No more no less. For guitar-geeks they were 1) Digitech Whammy Pedal (from the solo in 'Killing in the Name'), Boss TR-2 Tremolo Pedal (from the riff in 'Guerilla Radio'), MXR Phase 90 (Er, the solo in 'Show Me How to Live', an Audioslave song), a 7-band EQ Pedal (Tone controls), Dunlop Crybaby (wah-wah pedal), and a Boss Delay pedal (kinda like an echo effect, e.g. the intro to Revolver). Amazing what he does with such a small amount of equipment. Just 1 guitar, 1 amp and 6 pedal. 'Mazin.

Indeed.
I love Rage, I believe they split as their bassist was being a nob, and they felt the band wasn't going anywhere anymore.
Still, they are legends to me..

Indeed. Anyone here heard "Show Me How To Live" by Audioslave? Listening to Cornell's voice change octaves at the end was very irritating.

That was a terrible 'insult' or whatever you call it.
I'll be the queen. Chad aint shamed of no queen.
And 'pwned' is officially the geekiest word out there. Second is leet/1337.
That's official, as i am, THE QUEEN
In fact, I'm putting on Testify right now....
I reckon these guys live would have been > anything. Possibly even the Pumpkins*
*Note; I'm tired, so deranged judgements are possible
by order of the queen.
That what you're calling yourself now?
Pwned.
