Yeah others have managed because their publisher has managed to host them.

I'm betting any DS games in development haven't got a publisher yet.

And since when would a small handheld team moving probably multiple popular franchises onto a system with a unique control system whilst finishing current GBA games and porting it onto Gizmondo, have anything to show us yet?

I'm expecting something at E3.

Nintendo sent out dev-kits almost a year ago. Many games are now out. If Rare was in at the same time as others, they could have games finished by now. The fact they don't leads me to believe Microsoft told them they wouldn't work on the DS.. "yet".

Going on traditional reasons why RARE don't announce things straight away I presume they are A: Waiting for a press event or B: (and more likely) they aren't that far into development yet!

Maybe Microsoft have some deal with Gizmondo we don't know about :S

Whatever the reason they don't want Rare to. I can't see any other reason why we haven't heard of any DS projects from Rare thus far.
