Clearing history and/or temporary intenet files won't delete your cookies.

Why not just delete all the internet files?

Do you have a "files search" programme on your comp (Sherlock Sherlock 2 etc) if so just type in "Cookie" and delete THE FILE WITH YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS ON

Or if you don't have a search programme find your internet folder where all the browsers technial sh... stuff is, find the users folder and find your folder. Find your cookie in your folder and delete it.
