i got this today, only 1 shop had it, out of 4 game shops and all the usual highsteet outlets.
Started playing it on single player and it is quite nice, the ammount of enemies u can be fighting at once is mamoth, using formations gives the game a stratigic edge.
The graphics are crap but strangely good at the same time, with smoke effects and sparks etc.
The puzzles i can see develeping into something quite hard, alreaddy had to think about a few, they are also good.
You can only carry one item at a time, as well as your sword, no inventory, i was quite bemused by this at first, but, it kinda makes sense when u get into the swing of the game, having to swap between items adds depth to the puzzles, and gives it a bit of a feel of a survivor horor feel, altho only slightly.

You move to different sections with a game map a bit like pikmins, except with different areas, and can only save at the end of a level.
anyway i'm quite enjoying it but is this inovation on behalf of Nintendo or not? surely they could have made new sounds and new graphics rarther than just rehash old 1's?
I look forward to playing multiplayer, i have heard its the best bit.

c'mon, u have to admit, for todays standards, they are crap, i'm talking about the trees and the lanscapes that have, been ripped right out of link to the past, maybe crap is to strong of a word considering it is all nice as a package, but i've seen better 2d, y did'nt nintendo make better 2d?

Your jibbering about the graphics is complete tosh.
It's just a 2D game - they haven't rehashed anything, and the effects are dazzling. It looks wonderful.
