My point exactly.
Some people love it, others don't.
I mean, I never find whats so great about Football, I find it tedious and boring, but others love it.
It's all down to a matter of opinion really.

That maybe so, but, for me, that doesn't make interesting watching - no matter how you look at it, an F1 race only has finite possibilities, and watching the same cars go over the same corners over and over again gets a little tedious after, say, 30 seconds.
For me, at least.

I don't want to enter an arguement here, but racing a car and kicking a ball are on different ends of the spectrum.
You have to be incredibly talented to drive a Formula One car, let alone race one. Changing gears and naviagating a track whilst overtaking, approaching speeds of 200mph+ is no easy task. You have to be incredibly focused and determined, as well as being fit enough to withstand the G-Forces expressed throughout.
F1 does cost a lot to run yes, but costs are trying to be cut, and it's definatly worth the spectacle of watching.
