I can’t believe it, there is a strong possibility that there will be no more British Grand Prix. This is so wrong.

It aint all about that, just look at the spirit of the whole sport. "The British-based F1 teams may also step in and do their best to save the race." I find that very Heroic and makes me want to cry.

My point exactly.

Some people love it, others don't.

I mean, I never find whats so great about Football, I find it tedious and boring, but others love it.

It's all down to a matter of opinion really.

That maybe so, but, for me, that doesn't make interesting watching - no matter how you look at it, an F1 race only has finite possibilities, and watching the same cars go over the same corners over and over again gets a little tedious after, say, 30 seconds.

For me, at least.

Well that is all getting fixed next year, and to admit you must be highly skilled to drive one. Out of the thousands of footballers there are just a select hand full that take part in the GP.

I don't want to enter an arguement here, but racing a car and kicking a ball are on different ends of the spectrum.

You have to be incredibly talented to drive a Formula One car, let alone race one. Changing gears and naviagating a track whilst overtaking, approaching speeds of 200mph+ is no easy task. You have to be incredibly focused and determined, as well as being fit enough to withstand the G-Forces expressed throughout.

F1 does cost a lot to run yes, but costs are trying to be cut, and it's definatly worth the spectacle of watching.

Plus the millions of people who watch it world wide.
