When you join you should have an induction with an instructor. Tell the instructor what your intention is, (don’t say you want to look great naked), and they’ll set a routine up for you.

I have done some personal training before, but offering advice over the Internet wouldn’t really work seeing as how I know nothing about you and although one thing may work for one person, it may not for another.

Believe it or not, working at McDonalds kept me fit. As soon as I left there, I started getting lazy and now can't run very far without getting stitch. I can still lift what I could, but my stamina isn't what it used to be.

I'll probably not bother with the weights as much... just do treadmill, rowing machine, swim etc

To be fair my job involves a lot of heavy lifting so over a long period it's actually paying off. Honest.
