Oh and if anybody knows how to make the head bar and head text in the news windows and things work properly could you tell me.

This is quoted on the site: "I set up this site to display my Flash animations" so who can blame the designer for the somewhat excessive amounts of Flash? Quite a good site on the whole but maybe a different colour would mean that reading the content would be a little easier.

I don't like the white space around the flash header

Colour co-ordinate your pages.
Oh and dont use geocities.

I agree - too much flash... it looks rubbish in my opinion

Stop using it. Use notepad and write your own damn code.

I like the flash menu although it does seem a bit too in your face.
