Hiya,

I want to sell some things on eBay, so I've mad a seller account, and I've made a paypal one too. My only question before I start selling is simple; When somebody wins the item, does their address get forwarded to me automatically? What happens after somebody has won my item?

Yes it will get forwarded to you.

Watch out for no good fraudsters, yes im looking at you joanna4555!

Normally the winning bidder pay's you (in this case will be via paypal but can be by cheque postal order etc), ebay will show the details on an invoice but if they are not displayed simply email the buyer and ask.

But how can somebody fraud you if your selling in the first place?

Well they can't as long as you don't send the item before they pay!

There are ways, but im bitter and needed to say it.

Unless they are using someone elses account or plan to do a Charge Back on the payment there isn't much you can do unless you use an Escrow service, but I would not recommend using Escrow due to most being run by the fraudster.

Oh right...

But if all goes to plan they pay me, then I send the item. I think I can handle this...

It's dead easy.

I would recommend sending via recorded delivery (I do), that way you can prove an item has been received.
