Blah,

Just saw this on sky with a little clip of the ref being taken off with blood pouring out of his head.

T'will be interesting to see what Fifa will do over this if it was a fan.

Ofcourse, it could be nothing.

Good night for England and whatnot tonight it seems. Liverpool doing well and Man Utd with the usual.

Le Pompey above Man Utd in the league, the world is crazy.

They didn't actually spend all that much money.

Zebina was free, Cannavaro came in a straight swap for a reserve goalkeeper, and Emerson came for about half the fee Real Madrid and Roma agreed for him during the Winter transfer window.

But yeah, Juve for Serie A. Easy.

Well, after the amount Juve spent, they deserve something.

Nah, they still don't.

All the top teams are off to rubbish starts bar Juve.

Yus.
And AC being the scaffy bandits they are - 0-0, then Andiry scores a peno on the 85th, and Kaka scores on the 90th.

Feck sake.

Yeah, hehe I checked the two pictures at Subside last night too. It is quite a bit lighter, very nice...definitely gonna be purchasing one of those if it all works out for you. You pay by credit card?

Probably get Cassano on the back...already got Totti, and Montella's getting on a bit now, heh.

I think its just the flash of the camera. Notice how much darker it is at the top and bottom.

Better pic

Wow ortega, please let me know if they do turn up!

Since the white and navy shirts have hardly changed at all I won't bother getting a newer version of them, but that home shirt is tasty!

Is it just me, or is it a much brighter red than last time? Or is it just the site?

I have a strange feeling we'll actually see a governing body make a good descision, here... (Then again, perhaps I'm just hoping too much?)

On the night, however, I was very surprised to see only Glenn Hoddle notice the fan actually throwing the 'missile' from the first few rows of the crowd. I noticed it on the first replay, just like Hoddle. ...How did none of the others - were they not watching?

I find Frisk's comments on the other referee lined-up to take over quite self-centred and Arséne Wenger-like, if you ask me. I mean - like the Sky-guys also said - if the man's not qualified or experienced enough to take over in such an emergency, what exactly is he doing anywhere near the field of play?!

Is it just Frisk getting all too full of himself?
Or, is this a mistake on UEFA's part - one they will be looking to make a correction of?

Still, if it was a Roma fan, I can agree that the 3 points should be awarded to the away side simply because this was allowed to happen on the Italian's home ground. (Plus, weren't Dinamo Kiev leading anyway?)

I'm pretty sure it was just a fine from the SFA.

And yeah, Dallas' cut looked just as bad as the one Frisk had, but he continued.

I remember also at that match a Celtic fan fell (or jumped) from the top tier and landed on a bunch of stewards. Fell about 60 feet, and no-one was injured. Crazy stuff.
