Have any of you seen the trailer for that film? I saw a bit of it and it looks stunning. All I know though is Quentin Tarrantino has something to do with it. Anyone else thinking of going to see it or know anything about it?

But he did ask them to get Jet Li to make him a ham sandwich. On Rye.

Quentin Tarantino lobbied for Hero's uncut release in the US, because Miramax were going to cut around 20-30 minutes of backstory they deemed 'unnecessary'. Harvey Weinstein agreed to release the movie uncut in America, but only if they could add a 'Quentin Tarantino presents' prefix in their advertising etc.

So really, it's because of him it got released properly at all, it's not like he requested his face be on the poster or anything.
