Just seen their conference clips.

It really concerns me that people be so warped with this. When they fail to see that everything they seem to beleive about America's freedom/democracy is just a farce.

Dear God...spot the boy who read one conspiracy theory handbook and now thinks he's an expert.

For the record, no the books do not support the Illuminati theories in any way, shape, or form. Being as how the Grand Illuminati of Bavaria were a European organisation who had their roots in ancient mysticism, whilst the Neo-Con element of the Republican party is evangelically christian (rather like your cult brothers and sisters in fact), that's one point against it straight away.

Secondly we have the point that Moore isn't saying the Republicans want to take over the world. He's saying they want to be very very very very very very very rich. He's also saying that this pursuit of Mammon is the be all and end all of their ambitions. And (as you might have got from the "stupid" part of the title), he's saying they're the equivalent of moneyed rednecks. NOT superintelligent and allcontrolling magi.

Then of course we have the biggy; the Neo-Conservatives actually exist.

Reminds me, I just got out Michael Moore's two books; Stupid White Men and Dude, Where's my Country?

Both make for fascinating reading and support the Illuminati. [EDIT] Not that it goes on about that, but the conspiracy theories are more or less the same.

New book out 'What is wrong with America?'

Not the usual crap. It looks at why millions of people vote Republican (they can't all be stupid. Heck, Bush got a LOT of votes last time, and they aren't all corporate tools or yokels), even among the poor, and yet the party screws them over in favour of the rich.

My dad got it today, I'm going to have a read.

Bill Hicks:

I'll show you politics in America, here it is, right here. I think the puppet on the right shares my beliefs, I think the puppet on the left is more to my liking.

Hey wait a minute, there's one guy holding up both puppets! SHUT UP.

Go back to bed America, your Government is in control.
