I finally got through at 18:30 and got in a queue, but they decided they'd go home while I was 4 away from being served and the line went dead. By 18:50 the answerphone style message just explained that they were now closed. Gah!

I know they close at six but I was constantly pressing redial for 40 minutes between 5:20 and 6:00. 40 MINUTES! My thumb hurts.
