scotland cant use population as an excuse. look at other small countries like wales and especially holland. Personally i dont support england (italy woo) but people say they should be better when they have population of 60M like france, italy germany et al.

But if this was true, they best footballing nations would be china, USA and my homeland India. but alas this aint the case. but if it was...
