"The Worst Song in the Charts?!"

The worst song in the charts has got to be the Scissor Sisters with 'Laura'.Ahhhhhhh, that song gets on my bl00dy nerves!!!

The thing i don't get about Babycakes being at number one is that it obviously isn't good, but then no number ones are ever good, but it's not even the slightest bit catchy. It's just terrible. When i was watching some program on last week i saw the video for the first time and thought it was terrible and promised myself that there was no way that could get to number one.

Babycakes sounds like it was programmed, played, and sung through a mobile phone.

Is 'Laura' the one that sounds like Thomas the Tank Engine? Peep peep. Yeah, they're f**king horrible. Like being aurally raped by a horse. Plenty of crap in the charts though, has been that way for about 5-10 years. I'd say 1-100 were the worst. Especially 1. Then the other 99. When the only thing going for a song is that there are boobs in the video, you have to ask yourself why anyone with an internet connection bats an eyelid.

I hate the damn mainstream chart...Babycakes...don't get me started on that piece of....whatever.

I have to agree on www.ph1l1ip.com (Rakuga?) on The Scissor Sisters. They are a live, non-artificial band. Despite the irritating 'Laura', they produce quality stuff.

The song is crap, they are crap.

They can't sing, they mimb.

That means they get rock bottom ratings, anyone who sings live no matter how bad at least gets ~some~ sort of praise.

V is just another crap Boy Band covering other people's songs because they're crap.

Busted have got violins in their newest song, yet they are all just madly pretending to play their guitars with no orchestra in sight. They finally got a drummer to make it look kinda real, now they've gone and added computerised violins...

And Scissor Sisters are amazing live, they do their own stuff, they're not manufactured and they're not cheesy crap pop aimed at 10 year old girls. Therefore you're an idiot (the creator of the topic.) The song may be overplayed but it is no way the worst, it's one of the best ones.

Got to agree with that. It's an awful tune in it's own right, but the video makes it even worse.
