So....most disturbing scene in any movie???

You mean the 500 pound bombs, used to penetrate the armour of German tanks? They where in no way small, and believe me, would have caused a big enough explosion themselves before they where combined with the ammo and fuel aboard a Panzer tank. Unless the Mustang used smaller anti-tank rockets, which weren’t quite as accurate as rockets are today.

Well that depends on the armament, since tanks carried not only the ammo for the machine guns, but also two types of tank shells, Anti Personnel (which I'm guessing would have been the ones used on the Bell tower) and Anti tank, which where far more powerful.
Anyway I’ll leave it there, because this discussion isn’t for this thread (shouldn’t have started nitpicking on Saving Private Ryan’s many inaccuracies now).

You don't need a region free DVD player to see the uncut version. Get the Dutch unrated version whihc is Region 0 and you'll have no problems playing it.
It's pretty nasty at times but I wouldn't call the film disturbing at all.
Yeah.

By the way, it's called Ichi The Killer...

No chance.
The bombs/shells/whatever you want to call them that planes use are a lot smaller than shells that the tanks fire, and from what I could see in the final battel (basically, the tank shooting the Bell tower with Jackson in it), those were small shells used as well.
Anyway, more disturbing scenes:
Hoodlum
Some guy moans at gangland boss (forgotten his name) and gangland bosssays "hey, you got big balls" "My balls are muchos bigger than yours amigo"
"Stab"
10 minutes later "The last guy who took me on said he had big balls. And he did"
*Places balls on the table"
That made me shudder.
And a lot of event Horizon made me shudder, I first watched it many years ago (when I was 11 or 12 or soemthing) and I only managed to watch until the guys dead wife starts calling him, and he follows her (just after the woman falls down to her death chasing her child).
I've watched it all since though, I cna't think of any particular scene that was disturbing though, except maybe the young guy being trapped outside.

by the way which other movies made this list? top 10?

Nope. I'm waiting until I get my region free dvd player so I can get the imported uncut version. I heard that about 15 mins is cut in the uk version. I'd rather see the whole thing. which is 130 mins in length. Not 115 mins.
Damn your exaggeration...
Some guy in some club, gets held down on the ground then has his face battered in repeatedly with a Fire hydrant. And you just don't see a little bit you see it all. 5 minutes of the scene is just the camera pointing at this bloke smashing the hydrant into his face, with each hit dementing it some more.
Disturbing.
