Feeling lonely and isolated?

Looking at stale old posts?

Nobody around to talk to?

Creative juices dried up?

You need new miracle Extra GAD. Extra GAD sweeps as it cleans as it enlivens.

The person with the best suggestion for an EXTRA GAD competition will win any game of their choice.

Closing date = midnight on August 26th.

And YES - the winning suggestion will be used as a real Extra GAD compo (er - just like this one).

So, by gad, get adding you cads. You are never too old to be bold!

**** IMPORTANT - EDITED POSTS DON'T COUNT ****

If two people suggest the same winning idea it will be the first one to post it that wins.

How about something relatively simple that everyone can take part in.

Design what the next generation consoles will look like.

Design a game DVD sleeve (cover) for future gaming titles.

Sequel Mania!: Describe what you think the future game sequels will hold: How about Halo 4? GTA 7? Final Fantasy 19?

Design the Club Page for the SR magazine, Where did it go?

Suggest features for the SR magazine.

"I think it was Tonty in the Warehouse with the Xbox"

We can all have one guess each, and the clues can be hidden on various products in the catalogue and on various thread titles, or inside threads in the customer service, or hidden just about anywhere. Once you've gathered the clues its time to make a guess - the 1st correct guess wins!

You need a Suspect, a product a motive and a place. You might have the suspect, the product and the place, but why would Tony kill somebody with an xbox in the warehouse? It could take weeks, it would be very exciting and challenging too.

Who knows, the suspect could be you *points* *runs*

My EGADGAD idea: "Triple Trouble"

We suggest three games that would go well together in a bundle. The winning bundle goes on sale, thus increasing your sales, and gaining consumer knowledge in the process.

e.g. Op Flashpoint GOTY, Unreal Tournament 2003, and Quake 3 could go together as a "Sharp-shooters" pack. But your competition would be to find out which games in these genres are most suited to provide similar, yet slightly different gaming experiences.

Ahh, so that's why there are so many cheap jewellery shops here then!

Special Reserve EGAD: Pass the Baton!

Basically if you want a baton you post in the Egad Thread - and you get an e-mail with a unique ID code. Then you send that code to a friend, who then returns to Egad thread and pastes the code along with the username he just recived it off - he then gets an e-mail with a code - he sends it to his friend, along with the original code and name - and that person pastes the original code, and the other code, with both user names in the thread - he receives a code and so on. And only one code per e-mail per account, so it may just get new people singed up too.

The person to get the most codes wins. Or something along those lines - although it may require monitoring, so that might be a bad idea, but surely something along these lines?
