Don't do it.

You'll end up with a big toe nail split completely down the middle squirting blood, like me. I type this with an ice pack over my foot.

It doesn't hurt like hell, but you could certainly do without it.

Why don't you just keep your shoes on?

Oh - and were you in Centre Parks in Nottingham around a week ago cuz I was there same time and Forest and other pps said you were there.

Tried it once, wont do it again, you only end up with a bruised foot if nothing else.
