"Horrible thing at a train station"

My friend and I today went to Staines by train, to watch a film and to check out the shops etc. Once we had returned to Sunningdale (where he lives) we got off the train and we were walking down the track, the train hadn't left yet, and this 17 year old girl (we're 13) was leaning out of the window and as we went past her she spat at us and said "What are you looking at you f*cking child," and when we walked past her ignnoring her then she shouted at us "you f*cking pr*ck!" Do you find this really disgusting? I sure did. Has anything like this happened to you before?

I've had my fair share of these sort of incidents, usually nothing to worry about though. Woman was clearly drunk. Question - what were you doing walking down the track?

So technically I can say

"Fook You, Rozza! Who smells the bacon? Oink, oink!"

and all you can do is warn me? Sounds good to me.

The assault threat makes no change to our arrest power, doesn't mean it's not looked upon any worse.

Warning HAS to be something like, "Calm down, don't swear at again or I'll arrest you".

You must be told not to do it again and that you could be arrested if you do.

Also, if the person is really threatening it could be a section 3, affray.
