Yeh, but they're not the sort of music you'd listen to on your walkman and what not.
When you are blasting your way through aliens on Halo the music can get quite good, sometimes.
Not sure if itsa favourite exactly, but I haven't been able to get the melancholy music from Final Fantasy 7 out of my head for about 2 years.
When I was but a wee lad, i used to love the music from the extra end sequence bit on Street Fighter 2. You know, the one you get when you cleared it on 5 - 7 star difficulty.

Not my favourite, but SSX and SSX Tricky have decent soundtracks.

Can't beat the sound track on tony hawks 4, it rocks.
