Now ive never been a big fan of edge since he got into singles, I have always found christian to be the better of the the two.
But now theres all talk of the wwe asking him to change his look, mainly to cut his hair and change his entrance.
I agree with both of those ideas...the long hair is way gone, fans dont like that sort of thing on the male wrestlers anymore. And im sick of the way he comes running out trying to get the crowd 'into' it the way he does. A good wrestler should be able t do this without screaming at them asking them to cheer and all that other rubbish he does on his way to the ring.
I think its time he had a hair cut, new music, new outfit infact, somthing a bit darker maybe. And more importantly he needs to go heel.Hell the fans boo him anyways so he might aswell just go with it.
They should have kept him on smackdown aswell as theres no room for him on raw and smackdown needs some bigs names back on there. Have him feud for the U.S title and do it fast before the crowd get on him like they did with X-Pac.

jeff hardlty was a mess cause he started doing drugs and lost his passion for the sport..not cause of the tlc matches...infact anyone remember what it was that did edges neck in??
all people are built differently and they ALL have to work through injuries.

but these matches happened years before his neck got injured. Plus look at the others in those matches..none of them have had to have neck surgery have they?
The Hardys vs E&C Ladder match at No Mercy was one of the best matches i've ever seen. Edge's gimmick may not be the best, but it's in NO way as bad as you lot are making out.
"Any wrestler should know that it is his obligation to put his career on the line in order to get his paycheck." - this is without a doubt one of the stupidest things i've ever heard. in absolutely NO job would you be expected to jeopardise your future for a weeks pay (otherwise car manufacturers would use people to test crashes instead of dummies), why else do you think the WWE has toned down on huge bumps?? the reason Edge made those alledged comments about the ladder/TLC matches is because his injury was one of the final catalysts in the toning down of the bumps, i say he's justified to a certain degree of annoyance.

I may be fairly new on here but ive been watching wwe/f for 15 yrs and yeah i agree its time for a name change.
But lets be honest the TLC matches are easily edges best. apart from maybe the feud he had with Kurt but lets face it, Kurt had to carry him most the way.
Hes told management he needs a change but now hes just saying no to what ever they ask him. I feel sorry for all fans when i see him come out each week, hell anyone seen the one they did down under 2 years ago??it was worse!he came out with a camera to add to the cheese factor of his entrance.

(Y'know, funny, I agree with every single point raised by Mr. Sunday Night, which is strange seeing as he’s a Newbie.) You're absolutely right, dude. Edge sucks. It's another one of those 'hang your head in shame' moments watching his entrance every week. The guy is a complete loser. I've heard from sources that he had the audacity to say he regrets taking part in the TLCs and Table Matches he did with Christian back in the day (which I have no doubt we'll all agree were some of the finest matches in WWF history) merely because it caused him injury and hindered his career. This is an absolute joke. Any wrestler should know that it is his obligation to put his career on the line in order to get his paycheck. We all miss the hardcore era, and to have this pathetic little wimp complaining that it was worth nothing is like having a tramp spit in your face. The action is much less entertaining these days without the Dudleys powerbombing someone through a table every couple weeks and here is Edge claiming that today’s storylines and wrestling format are equally as good. Any wrestler who believes wrestling should be pure acting is an insult to most hard-driven wrestlers, famous and unnotable, willing to suffer for their love of the sport. And yes, he was far better as a heel. The ‘For the benefit of those with flash photography’ gimmick was a classic. But, I feel, seeing as he’s openly unwilling to put on a half-decent match, his time is up, and Christian needs a push. The only thing I disagree with is the suggesting that he be sent to SmackDown. Well, I don’t entirely object to this, just don’t see the point. SmackDown ruins all careers sooner or later anyway – with regards to Edge, just get the guy fired. What an embarrassment he is.
