The first time you try to access it, it may look like it has crashed. The initial load can be up to a minute, but each time you go back to the page after that, the files are cached on your pc, so it speeds it up

Yes, it's free, but if the chat applet wont load for you there's now a link underneath to take you to a cgi version - same chat room, just a different client.
