Ok, for the benefit of anyone that didnt quite "get" Duck's joke.

There are three people in this world.
Those that can count and those that can't.

Breaks down like this:

3 types of people.
1 can count
1 cannot

Do you see what he did there?
By assuming the role of a numerically challenged person, he made himself the subject of the joke by highlighting that although he said 3, there are actually only 2.

Therefore he got the number wrong.
