I hate this thing.

I want to send some money but I dont know how to, it has a button saying 'Add Funds' - Do I have to add funds to my Paypal accout before sending money?

When I clicked on the button it said that it will be processed within 7 - 9 working days!

So, for me to just take money from my card to my paypal account I have to wait 7 - 9 days?

Or does it mean the money will be sent to the person between 7 - 9 days?

Help.

I don't know why I'm helping you, but anyway:

You click "Send money"

Enter recipients email, amount, etc etc and then send it.
