I think that in reviews they should put a difficulty level along with the rating or mention which parts could be extremely hard!!
Not just what its about.
I like games that when you complete you actually are pleased that you stuck with it and not give up. On the other hands, there are games that have a very poor ending and you don’t feel like you have accomplished much at all.
Games like Goldeneye were brilliant because you had to complete certain levels in a certain amount of time to get cheats. That is much better than just getting them off the Internet. If you cheat on a game, you feel like you cheated yourself. I don’t think I have ever quit on a game because if I did I knew that I would have just blown away 40 quid.
Getting back tow hen you complete a game. It is the best feeling in the world (apart from sex and the last chunk of chocolate) to complete a game because you have beaten the game company’s challenge.
It’s also nice to have a game where if you complete it, you fell as if you want to complete it again.
and I think that this is the difference between 'Hardcore' and 'casual' gamers.
The Hardcore gamer will stick at it and get it done however long it takes!!!
The casual gamer will get stuck and then allow the game to collect dust!
are you getting this Pagey?
That happened to me on Super Mario 64 aND THE last level of Goldeneye on 00agent I stopped trying to complete it.
Any games that you need help with!!
Ok, Tomb Raider series got on my nerves for being stupid hard, but the rest were ok
