I think that in reviews they should put a difficulty level along with the rating or mention which parts could be extremely hard!!

I have never played doom but I might be able to find out, or find something!

I think the graphics let it down a bit the comments were funny though but you're righ it does get a bit boring eventually although I didn't stop for a couple of months until putting it on the shelve never to see daylight again!!

Like I said that hardly ever happens to me cos I hate admitting defeat to A GAME!!

Yeah you're right tomb raider is so f****n annoying she keeps doing this shuddery thing when you slow down or stop quickly or go to the edge of something!

On the subject of difficult doom levels, has anyone played level 32 on the N64? It's the secret one you get to from level one by shooting all the barrels and then using the teleporter which appears at the start of the level next to the beserk pack. It is a difficult level! As a reward, it actually enables the cheat menu for you if you complete it, before sending you to level two. Naturally, I've completed it several times ;)
