"The Chelsea Thread"

Rather than clogging up the forum with dozens of threads about rumours of people coming to Chelsea, I thought I'd try and get it all put in here.

Let's face it, every player with 4 limbs (or even 3 as Stu says) is going to be linked with Chelsea....

However I know that half of you will want to just s**g Chelsea off, as you do, so you may do htis in here as well, and Ashley and I (well volunteered Ashley :) ) will try and argue whatever you have to say.

Then there will also be the spammers who like to tell everyone about every transfer, even though everyone already knew about it 2 days ago.... Not mentioning any names of course, I'll let them stay anonymous.....

No-one got my subtle hint then.....

Excitements always there.

Especially when we pull of random genius unexpected signings such as Kezman...

not really. you get that excitement loads. The Hype is in a way better because you actually expect the transfers to happen now, where as half the time they used to be pipe dreams.

You can reach the same level of excitement with the really big signings.

This raises an interesting point. One of the highlights of supporting a football club is when the team targets a new signing, as it doesn't happen that often it can create a buzz among the fans who are desperate to know if the new boy is any good, if he will or won't sign, or if he'll go to another club. With Chelsea seemingly linked with everyone in the world game at the moment, has this excitement been spoiled forever for Chelsea fans?
