Right. I'm compiling a list of tracks to burn onto a CD that I'll be playing when I'm dozing off to sleep, but rather than just go for quiet ballady-type tracks I prefer quiet-ish repetitive tracks.

So far I have ...

The Scientist by Coldplay
Strange And Beautiful by Aqualung
Stop Crying Your Heart Out by Oasis
Dead In The Water by David Gray
Maybe Tomorrow by Stereophonics

... so I would appreciate some recommendations to add to my list. I can get hold of virtually any track via the iTunes Music Store or, failing that, via LimeWire so don't worry about obscure ones.

Thanks in advance.

Ah, yes, I should've thought of the Mezzanine album - it's what I used to drop off to when it first came out.

Didn't think of Moby, either - there're plenty of candidates on Play.

I'd considered Handbags And Gladrags but I only currently own the Stereophonics version - I'll see if the original is any better.

Will check out the other recommendations too.

Cheers, guys.

Thievery Corperation - chillout like Massive Attack, but not as good. Still excellent stuff.
