Right. I'm compiling a list of tracks to burn onto a CD that I'll be playing when I'm dozing off to sleep, but rather than just go for quiet ballady-type tracks I prefer quiet-ish repetitive tracks.

So far I have ...

The Scientist by Coldplay
Strange And Beautiful by Aqualung
Stop Crying Your Heart Out by Oasis
Dead In The Water by David Gray
Maybe Tomorrow by Stereophonics

... so I would appreciate some recommendations to add to my list. I can get hold of virtually any track via the iTunes Music Store or, failing that, via LimeWire so don't worry about obscure ones.

Thanks in advance.

Massively repetitve, but Timmargh wanted quieter stuff; I might as well have put down "...And Justice For All" by Metallica, due to its extreme lengthiness (Just under 10 minutes) and repeated chorus. =D

Drum and Bass is seriously repetative.

Try falling asleep to the sound of it :-)

If you want repetitive music, try Tidy Trax Volume 4. Hard House that is totally repetitive, but it keeps you awake.

YOU GENIUS

So, that song above, and;

Tonight Tonight - Smashing Pumpkins
Away we Drift - Elliott

and..........

Hallelujah/Lilac Wine/Dream Brother - Jeff Buckley

oh, and Know/Northern Sky/From the Morning - Nick Drake.

Seriously, all quiet and lovely tracks.
