For those not wanting to download this, but who have access to Sky One, Lost Season 3 starts on Sunday.

Expect it to be on E4/Channel 4 sometime early next year after this.

Nah i dont think so, maybe it was just the hand-cuffs. Don't think that they would go that far as to introduce rape in the storyline, you never know though.

Although its like there a civilization that doesn't want to be found, outcasts maybe? prisoners that have escaped?

I think the only way Jack is going to get out is to seduce the girl that feeds him.

I think she'll also play a big part in this because of the way Ben shut her out and left her for dead.

I saw something that disturbed me this afternoon. I was sitting on the train and i glanced across at a newspaper this guy was carrying and it said on the front "We know what the island is for, what they're there for and how it will end"
Now if they're telling the truth, it's going to mean 18 months of trying to avoid spoilers :(

then repeated at the same time on Wednesday, which is when I'll be watching it as the Sunday one is at the same time as Torchwood.
