8 goals in 9 games. It may not look wonderful but Xisco is a legend.
Anyways, I need advice. I've got some great forwards, Midfielders and Defenders but I still get thrashed by Chelsea. What am I doing wrong?

Not quite sure what he was doing in the argentina squad that year when he missed three penalties in one game!!!
Anyway, i've started a new game with crystal palace. And i can safely say they are crap! I've got the latest patch, but without the data update! so johnson isnt as good as he should be!
Not much money at all, they are in 3 million debt when i started, but i managed to get hakan yakin and radaslaw kaluzny to boost my midfield
Things have improved after a poor start. Had fooking arsenal first game of the season, lost that 2-0.
Lost another 3 before i changed my formation to 4-1-4-1 and beat liverpool 2-0! Now sitting in 13th after 10 games.

I did have him in a 4-2-3-1, though, and having 3 good attacking players behind him surely helped. Jorge, Riquelme and Yeste were all top class for me.

Bought Torres too.

I didn't pay anything for him. He plays for Boca Juniors in reality. :-)
Also, as impressive as your Miccoli stats are, they're nothing compared to Ferndando Torres' 57 in 42 for me in my Atletico Madrid game. The next season his 38 in 45 was a massive let-down, and I had to sell him. :-D

Check his second nationality. It'll be English, and he won't have played for Tanzania yet. Why would you want to call him up anyway? :-D
And for international teams, you can't pick squad numbers, which really sucks. There may be a downloadable patch which allows you to pick them, but I haven't heard of one. Yeah, that annoyed me, as a lot of Paraguay's players have specific squad numbers. Roque Santa Cruz and Jose Saturnino Cardozo look wrong without 24 and 20 respectively. :-(
