Manchester has a population of 422,300. Man Utd have a worldwide fanbase of 53million (according to them).

Lets say just for arguments sake that everyone living in Manchester supports united (altho we all know its more like 30-40 %)

So 422,300 people as a percentage of 53million is 0.79%

So that means that 99.21% of Manchester United Fans live outside of Manchester.
