As to not to bore you to death, I shall keep this short.

Yes today I was 16.

Got:

- Calling and Keane albums
- My Family DVD
- Fruit machine - Top stuff.
- Made in America - Bill Bryson
- Dead Famous - Ben Elton
- Man about the Kitchen - Alastair Williams
- Clothes from Gran
- Money

Spent the afternoon with girl. Good times.

Spent evening at dinner with family. Good times.

Good park time + Good girl + Good kissing + good family meal + good presents = Good day

However must be up at 8 for work tomorrow.

G'night

(You may now leave thinking I'm a loser for posting that)

It's the big one - 13.

That's more money than I get for my average Christmas. And you moan about being skint.

Me birthday too.

Got/Getting :

Bike - £180

GBA SP (with one game) - £80

Harvest Moon : A Wonderful Life - £30

Money, £35 left.

My birthday isn't actually until mid next week but my mum said we should celebrate the weekend before so I got all of my pressies and money today.

My nan got me a World Atlas Puzzle...ages 3+.

It has about 20 pieces.

I really wonder sometimes whether my nan knows how old I am...

So it would seem. I hadn't seen the book before but I shall have a go at reading it.

The man about the kitchen book just takes the p!ss though..

Extract:

"Chicken Stock

Same as Beef stock, but with Chicken."

And at the beginning, JUST IN CASE I'M UNSURE, it gives me a definition of a knife.....

I spent my 16th birthday on my PC, on the internet. What an extraordinary day that was.

Happy Birthday, I like birthdays unless I hate the person who the birthday boy. It's the one day I don't insult and glare at them...
