Fans are great, from most Countries, and no matter which team the fan supports they will always say their fans are the best.
The hooligan element who travel to games and cause trouble are not fans and cannot be classed as such.
On saying that though, you just reminded me that a town near me had a lot of trouble last night after the match so I'll have to check the web and see if I can find anything further out.

Not including the hooligans, England may well have some of the best fans in the world.

But why do people go on at England fans (which are the hoolis), because all the countries have 'em, some worse,I bet someof the fans of Germany and Italy etc; can be worse. Because English do not really use weapons but others countries hooligans do.
