Worst question out of both the papers was the penultimate question about the Data Protection Act.

"Banks and bulding societies hold information on law abiding citizens... blah blah"

They worded it so that I originally thought they meant name three organisations that use information regarding law-abiding citizens. I realised that was stupid, and changed it.

Whooo. I feel better now than I did this morning, that's for sure!

I found that the "Result" thing was confusing because it was set out like an array, when it wasn't....

COde was rubbish, made you think considering there was no alternative for the if statement, so it had me for a minute.

I would of been happier if they had done a better algorithim question, I found the code quite slack in what it was asking you to do.

It was used to find the highest number?

OH THANK GOD!

I actually got that right! :O

I thought it was a strange test to be honest... both the papers were weird. I was expecting a trace table at the end worth 10 marks, and converting a stack into a queue... and also, updating sequential files.

I'm so pleased they thought we're idiots. Hurrah! :D

It's like they think we are mentally retarded or something.

I failed that question as well.

I'm usually good at them types of questions (we did loads of practice ones) - but this one was ROCK SOLID, I spent at least 30 mins to come up with an answer.

I got it wrong anyway. Apparently the algorithim found the "highest number"

The rest of the first paper was simple as pie.

The second was a bit iffy, but I managed to pull through.

What exam board did you have?

We had AQA.

The First paper- programming and networks etc, they gave marks away! Literally!

"What is the full name for:

ROM-

RAM-

etc"

Second paper was slighter harder, but still, it was easy!

YEAH!
