I agree with you there

Bah. I'd do the swimming if there was a swimming pool closer to me, but it's on the otehr side of the village, so I'd run (or cycle there), but, to be honest, there's no chance I'd pay 1.80 or whatever just to swim.
I'd rather fake swim in my bath.
Go to your local gym and use one.
I do, and its working.
1.Do some sort of upper body exercise such as Boxing
2.Do at least 30 sit-ups a day
3.Do some sort of lower body exercise such as running
What I did to get my six-pack was to shadow box, do 100 press-ups a day (50 on the palms of your hands and 50 on your clenched knuckles), do 50 sit-ups (25 normal sit-ups and 25 crunches), I ran, played football, cycle, wrestled (not professional or some fake wrestling) and swam. Obviously I didn't do all these in the one day, I just varied what exercises I did. The sit-ups and press-ups are the only consistent exercises I did and continue to do. Keep in mind that these exercises will not increase your muscle mass by a significant amount (strenght is determined by muscle density not the size of the muscles), they will increase your strength, increase your stamina, endurance, tone you and make you fitter, it also wont take effect in 2 weeks, it takes about 2-4 months for them to become visible. Hope it works for you!
