Anyway, I said 'match', not 'two-legged match'... :-P
And rule.
For example, Monaco are better than Chelsea, even although Chelsea came 2nd in their league while Monaco came 3rd in theirs, despite the Premiership being considered a more difficult league. Just because Monaco beat Chelsea.
Almost same situation here. Okay, so maybe there is a little difference, but my argument is based around pretty much the same point. England might qualify for more tournaments and progress further at them, but last time we met, Scotland beat England. Therefore Scotland are currently better than England. Simple as that. Player quality or past achievements matter naff all in this argument, and by introducing them the point is being completely avoided.
