Anyone else got hay fever? Got to me a little yesterday as it was fairly hot and I was outside for a long time, does anyone know the best thing to use to combat it, or any other tips?

I used to get it really badly. I had to have tablets, eye drops and nasal spray.

Mine isn't too annoying, after a fair amount of time outside I just sneeze a little and my nose gets a bit blocked. I wouldn't describe it as bad, but what do you mean by none of these tablets working?
