Anyone else got hay fever? Got to me a little yesterday as it was fairly hot and I was outside for a long time, does anyone know the best thing to use to combat it, or any other tips?

like, I could forget rto take a tableyt and be fine for a week.

Then I could take one, and struggle to stop sneezing all day.

Happens to me regularly, the eylid twitch.

But not definately to do with pollen, though.

I usually walk into school and my eyes are red and watering, people think im crying. So i usually pretend i am.

But i hate it. It makes my eye lids twitch too.

Got the tablets and eye drops. Had teh nasal spray last year.
