I get the same thing, it once took only a picture of the edge of a cliff with an absoulutely HUGE drop to get me wary. Since then i've had a fear for heights. I'm fine on planes though.

All me apart from the drowing, but I hate spaces where you are trapped, so not neciceraly small ones.
Yes, it is a fear of male water dispensers.
