Servers are busy = need time to expand/fix whatever = don't let people online = restrict copies.

I just saw Yoshi: Touch and go on Ebay. I sooo want that game. Pity I wont have £25 spare after ive bought my DS

It's a shame you can't share accounts (it's understandable why not, but still a shame for us legit users).

I have 5 free character spaces I won't be using any time soon.

EDIT - and that's just on the Dragonmaw server - you can get 8 character slots on all available servers.
