Look up, I clearly said i screwed the time up in the bios, the time in the bottom right it set by the bios and viceversa.
I needed the time so i could set the time down the bottom right.

SR used to be from what i remember always either too slow or too fast. And on my other forum they go by GMT, which at the moment is -1.00 so i wasn't sure if SR done the same.
