Can anyone from SR tell me when maxxpc.com is likely to be updated?

I got the new mag through this morning which includes the new 1.7GHz P4 machines, which I may be tempted to order at the end of the month. But maxxpc.com is out of date, and only shows the 1.4GHz and lower machines.

Call me pedantic, but I prefer ordering online... :-)

Ah, I see. Thanks for that... in that case, I think I'll wait until they're available before I order the PC.

Err... wow, thanks Tony - quite unexpected!

Okay, will post some thoughts in a while... but webmaster and his team might hate me for it, so I'll apologise in advance!

I asked one of our buyers. He said:

"It's not actually out yet. They're not due until the end of May. They're only in the magazine at the moment so customers can pre-order them."

So, there you go. But, as soon as we have them, you'll be able to stuff one in your Maxx PC.

I'm giving you an extra Filmaday prize for this (Ali will post it on the list tomorrow).

Please continue and make a full list if you think anything else is missing from MAXXPC.com.

Webmaster - surely you know that foul asterisks are frowned-upon in FOG forum! Would you please ammend your post.

I think you're going to delete my registration, too... :-/

Is there a reason that the Guillemot 3D Prophet III 64Mb AGP card isn't included as an upgrade?

I spoke to our programmer on this and he said he would take a look at it.

Boooo! I'll have to phone the order in anyway.

The options don't allow me to upgrade the graphics card to the 3D Prophet III card. :-(

Come on then, lever that credit card out of your wallet and give it a toasting!

All the new models (1.3, 1.5 and 1.7 GHz) are on the site now and ready for purchase.
